Job Description

Speaks with new potential customers regarding their personal insurance which mostly includes Home and Auto insurance.  Analyizes their coverage and coverage needs.
Prepares proposals to meet their needs and reviews with the Potential Customer.
Persuades the Potential customer to choose Caton Hosey as their agent and asks for referrals from same.
Creating and belonging to community groups that will help generate potential customers for the book of business that you are creating.
Follows up on clients that have other policies with other agents , to bring these policies to The Agency as well.
Attend exciting meetings that will help improve your selling skills
Desired Skills & Experience

Must have high energy and friendly personality
must have great phone skills
some insurance expierence is good but not required
must pass a compedancy test and fit in recommended profile
must be organized and have very good technology skills
